The BVX-C286 family covers configured conveyor sections, transfer stations, and accumulation zones. Bayvarn uses these systems to connect equipment that must work as a line rather than as isolated machines. We review the product and the upstream and downstream behavior before selecting conveyor hardware.

Common applications

We supply carton transport after sealing, transfers into palletizing cells, accumulation before inspection, and controlled movement between packing and shipping. Configurations include belt conveyors, powered roller conveyors, and selected gravity sections. Each section is chosen for the product’s base, weight, dimensions, and handling requirements.

Application envelope

Typical packaged-product applications use conveyor widths from 18 to 36 inches. Drive speed, loading, support spacing, and accumulation logic are selected for the individual project. Long overhangs, soft bags, damaged cartons, or unstable loads require separate review. We do not assign a single load rating to every BVX-C286 configuration.

Controls that account for the whole line

A downstream stop should produce an orderly response upstream. We define where products accumulate, which equipment receives a stop or ready signal, and how the line restarts. The operator display identifies the stopped zone where that function is included. Recovery is tested with blocked sensors, full accumulation, and interrupted product flow.

What the project delivers

The scope can include a line survey, layout, conveyor supply, installation, controls changes, and startup support. The final documentation identifies zone names, sensor locations, and the signals exchanged with adjacent equipment. Customers receive the agreed cleaning, inspection, and maintenance instructions.

Start with the bottleneck

Send a short description of the transfer problem and representative product dimensions. Photos and a simple floor sketch help us decide whether a site survey is needed. The useful measure is stable flow through the complete process, not the unloaded speed of a conveyor section.
