An inspected robot for a defined job.
Bayvarn’s BVX-R592 offering uses inspected pre-owned industrial robots for suitable replacement and integration projects. Availability changes with incoming equipment. We match each unit to the proposed task rather than treating every used robot as interchangeable inventory.
What the review includes
The team records the robot and controller identity, visible condition, available operating history, included accessories, and observed faults. Inspection can include motion checks, cable condition, controller operation, and evidence of mechanical wear. The exact work performed appears in the unit’s condition report.
Repair and test scope
Following inspection, we identify the work required before the unit can be offered for the application. Approved work may include cable replacement, selected mechanical repairs, controller restoration, and configuration. A final test records what was checked, which items were repaired, and any known limits that remain.
Fit matters more than purchase price
We compare reach, payload, controller capability, required interfaces, and supportability against the job. A lower equipment price may be offset by tooling, installation changes, or an unsuitable controller. The proposal separates those costs so the customer can compare a refurbished option with new equipment on the same project basis.
