A service company that grew into an equipment partner.

Bayvarn Industrial began in Houston in 2011 with two field technicians and a simple service promise. Diagnose the problem, explain the work, and leave the customer with a record of what changed. That approach still guides the company as we supply and support larger automation systems.

What we do today

We combine equipment sales, mechanical integration, controls engineering, and field service. Our customers can bring us an application that needs a new system or an existing machine that needs attention. The same team that reviews serviceability during design helps plan the maintenance program after installation.

Who we work with

Our customers include independent machine shops, mid-sized manufacturers, industrial packaging operations, and regional warehouses. Their production teams usually need a specific result. A pallet must leave the line consistently, a machine must stay loaded, or a recurring fault must stop interrupting a shift. We define our work around that result.

A practical scale

Bayvarn has 38 employees, including 14 field technicians and six applications and controls specialists. Our 18,000-square-foot Houston facility includes an integration bay, a repair workshop, a demonstration area, and space for customer acceptance testing. We build and support systems within that capacity rather than promising every kind of automation.

What customers can expect

An application lead owns the technical scope. A project manager coordinates schedule and customer decisions. Service dispatch remains the point of contact when equipment moves into regular operation. We document the handoff so the customer does not have to explain the project again when a maintenance question comes up.
