Company updates from the workshop and field.
September 16, 2026 | A new machine-tending trial setup
Bayvarn has added an BVX-T421 demonstration setup to its Houston application area. The setup supports selected tray-loading and unloading trials for repeat part families. Customers can bring representative samples for a scheduled review with the applications team. The first session focuses on gripping, part presentation, and the information needed from the target machine. A successful demonstration is followed by a separate project review before a production configuration is quoted. Contact applications to discuss the samples and operating conditions for your visit.
May 12, 2026 | Bayvarn ServiceCare reviews now include recurring findings
Bayvarn has revised its Bayvarn ServiceCare service review format to show repeated equipment observations across visits. The review helps maintenance teams distinguish a new fault from an unresolved condition that keeps returning. Each item includes the asset, observed condition, recommended action, and current decision status. The change does not expand the work included in an existing agreement. Customers still approve corrective work outside the planned visit scope. The revised report gives them a clearer basis for grouping repairs into a production shutdown.
November 4, 2025 | Field team reaches 14 technicians
Bayvarn has expanded its field service team to 14 technicians. The team supports scheduled maintenance, equipment diagnosis, installation, and commissioning for supported applications. New technicians complete supervised assignments before taking independent service work. The expansion supports the company’s installed equipment base and existing service customers. Dispatch continues to confirm each assignment based on capability, access, and availability. Customers should use the service intake process so the right equipment information reaches the assigned technician.
