Project Examples

See the problem, the equipment, and the operating result.

Our project stories explain the operating problem first. Each story identifies what the customer needed, what Bayvarn changed, and how the result was evaluated. The examples cover three different kinds of work, so readers can see how an equipment sale differs from a maintenance project.

Case packing to a consistent finished pallet

A Houston industrial products packer needed a repeatable palletizing sequence for three carton formats. Bayvarn integrated a BVX-P731 cell with revised infeed control and product recipes. The acceptance run evaluated full pallets, not just individual robot movements. Read the palletizing project for the product range and test conditions.

More consistent loading for a repeat part family

A northwest Houston machine shop wanted to reduce gaps between repeat machining cycles. Bayvarn configured an BVX-T421 cell with tray presentation and a machine interface. The customer kept responsibility for machining and inspection. The project story explains the handling sequence and the operator tasks that remained.

Fewer recurring interruptions at a transfer point

A Pasadena-area distributor was repeatedly clearing cartons at a conveyor transfer. Bayvarn inspected the mechanical transition and the control sequence, then completed a targeted correction. The result was evaluated with a comparable product run and a follow-up observation period.

Use the examples to frame your application

The useful comparison is the job, product, and operating conditions. A result from one layout does not establish the result for another. Bring the team your samples and current process so we can define the equipment and acceptance measures for your site.
