Built one service call at a time.
Bayvarn Industrial was founded by Dellan Varnwick and Elvara Tressick in 2011. Dellan brought field-repair experience. Elvara brought industrial service operations and customer account management. Their first customers were Houston manufacturers that needed a dependable local team for conveyor and production-equipment repairs.
2011–2015 | Establishing the service business
The company opened with a small workshop and two service vehicles. Early work centered on conveyor drives, sensors, pneumatic assemblies, and electrical fault diagnosis. In 2014, Bayvarn introduced scheduled maintenance visits for customers whose equipment needed more than emergency repairs. Each visit produced an equipment condition report and a list of work that required customer approval.
2016–2019 | Connecting the line
Customers began asking Bayvarn to solve problems between individual machines. The company added controls capability in 2016 and completed its first integrated conveyor transfer project the following year. In 2018, it moved into a larger Houston workshop and established a dedicated project management function.
2020–2023 | Adding robotics
Bayvarn completed its first robotic palletizing installation in 2020. A machine-tending application followed in 2021. These projects shaped the company’s approach to simulation, sample testing, operator access, and maintenance handover. In 2023, Bayvarn moved into its current 18,000-square-foot facility and opened a demonstration area for customer trials.
2024–2026 | Supporting the installed base
The company introduced Bayvarn ServiceCare maintenance plans in 2024 and expanded its field team to 14 technicians in 2025. Today, equipment sales and integration sit alongside the service work that started the business. Every new project still ends with a service record, equipment documentation, and an agreed path for support.
