Bayvarn brings together people who can diagnose a fault, build a useful system, and explain the result clearly. Our work moves between the Houston workshop and customer production floors. We value practical judgment, accurate records, and the willingness to ask when the evidence does not yet support an answer.

Field Service Technician

Inspect and repair supported industrial equipment, complete planned maintenance, and record findings for customers. The role requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, clear communication, and the ability to work at customer sites. Familiarity with conveyors, sensors, drives, and industrial controls is useful. Travel and occasional after-hours assignments are discussed during the hiring process.

Controls Engineer

Develop and revise equipment controls, support application reviews, and participate in commissioning. The work includes programmable logic controllers, operator displays, equipment interfaces, testing, and final documentation. Candidates should be comfortable explaining a sequence to operators and maintaining a clear change record.

Project Coordinator

Support project schedules, purchasing follow-up, document control, and customer action lists. The coordinator helps the project manager keep dependencies visible and makes sure the latest approved information reaches the people doing the work. Experience in industrial service, manufacturing, or equipment delivery is useful.

How we work

New team members receive role-specific onboarding and supervised work before independent assignments. Technicians share findings with engineering. Engineers review serviceability during design. Project staff make open decisions visible instead of leaving crews to resolve them during installation.
