A project process with decisions at each step.

Bayvarn uses a staged process to turn a production problem into a defined equipment project. Each stage produces something the customer can review. Missing information becomes an explicit open item rather than an assumption hidden in the quotation.

1. Define the job

Applications staff review the product, current process, operating constraints, and required result. The customer identifies the people who approve the scope and accept the finished system. The output is an application brief with the known conditions and the questions that still need answers.

2. Check feasibility

The team reviews the site and conducts sample trials when handling is uncertain. We compare alternatives and identify dependencies on packaging, fixtures, utilities, or adjacent machines. The customer receives the findings and decides whether the proposed route is worth developing.

3. Agree on scope and acceptance

The quotation identifies included equipment, work, exclusions, customer tasks, commercial milestones, and the test that defines acceptance. The customer reviews the proposal before the order is accepted. A change to the requirement produces a recorded scope change with its effect on cost and schedule.

4. Design, build, and test

The project manager coordinates detailed design and customer decisions. The engineering team builds the included system and completes the agreed factory testing. A failed sample or sequence returns to engineering for correction and another check. It does not become an accepted feature because the equipment is ready to ship.

5. Install and hand over

The customer completes the agreed site preparations. Bayvarn installs and commissions the equipment, then runs the site acceptance test. Open items receive owners and next steps. The project moves into service with final documentation, accepted recipes, training records, and the agreed support arrangements.
